The Voyage

For Kevin, ensuring justice is similar to a lengthy sea voyage – requiring strength, team work, a keen sense of direction, perseverance, and purpose. Moreover, achieving justice insists upon the delicate balance of various rights and responsibilities while always maintaining a steady focus on the goal of community safety. Successful mitigation of crime is predicated upon the pursuit of truth, swift and aggressive prosecution, and the protection of Constitutional rights.

While a Prosecuting Attorney must always remain vigilant and mindful of their obligations as a leader, Kevin understands it takes a dedicated legal team, sharing the same vision and fundamental values. They must work together with integrity to secure justice and keep our community safe.

Kevin’s abilities, ethical standards, and professionalism, inspires and sets the standards for others to follow in the practice of law. He is not only respected among his peers, but throughout the legal community for his legal acumen, utmost honesty, genuine authenticity, and fairness in his dealings with others. His vision, inherent leadership abilities, and talent will prove essential in building and maintaining a solid team committed to the pursuit of justice and improving the overall safety and well being of our community.

While the voyage in the pursuit of justice is arduous, it is absolutely essential. With your help and your support, together we can chart a new course and we can right this ship. Kevin knows that a community that is secure in its surroundings and confident in its abilities to ensure justice and compassion for all of its citizens is one that is nurturing and vibrant. That community looks to the future with hope, optimism, and anticipation.

It’s a place to where Kevin believes he can take us. It’s time to begin the journey.
